Key Responsibilities
  • Report directly to the Engineering Manager.
  • Lead electrical teams to deliver safe and efficient maintenance and production outcomes.
  • Drive compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with site and group engineering teams on strategic initiatives.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of all electrical assets on site.
What We're Looking For
  • Advanced Diploma or Bachelor of Electrical Engineering.
  • NSW Certificate of Competency and Practising Certificate.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in contract management and project delivery.
  • Qualifications in risk management, leadership, or project management (desirable).
