Job Title: Community Speech Pathologist

Company Overview: At HealthcareLink, we provide a range of community-based allied health services to people of all ages and abilities, working in partnership with the NDIS, Medicare, and private clients.

Job Summary: As a registered NDIS health provider, we seek a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team, providing evidence-based services to individuals through multiple service delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and provide interventions for children and adults living with a range of disabilities.
  • Work within the NDIS to maximize clients' level of function, capacity, and social engagement.
  • Assist clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications.
  • Timely documentation and report writing.
  • Manage a varied caseload.
  • Meet company professional expectations, including meeting billables and effective client management.
  • Attend meetings, supervision, and personal development as required.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including therapists, clients, and referral sources.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field.
  • Discipline-specific professional registration.
  • Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination or valid exemption.
  • Police Check and International Police Check as applicable.
  • Drivers' license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance.
