Urban Development Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Urban Development Team Leader to lead our team in ACT.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have strong experience in the Urban Development space and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the day-to-day allocation of resources across the discipline to meet project requirements
  • Lead in the effective planning and management of significant projects
  • Manage work technically and contractually to ensure that it meets technical requirements
  • Develop business opportunities and oversee bid management processes
  • Coordinating resource sharing between other teams
  • Managing, training and mentoring staff
  • Foster and promote a diverse and inclusive team culture

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in engineering or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in the Urban Development sector
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong relationships in the Urban Development sector
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and leadership ability
