Enterprise Risk Lead

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Lead to join our team and drive the delivery of the Enterprise Risk Refresh program.

This is a fixed-term position responsible for leading a small team of direct reports in a high-performance GRC team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Revising the enterprise risk management framework to simplify risk approach
  • Supporting a refreshed risk appetite statement and embedding it in governance and decision making
  • Developing key risk indicators aligned to best practices
  • Driving uplift of risk capability and associated risk culture
  • Refreshing and simplifying the Risk Management Procedures and Standards
  • Supporting three lines models implementation and delivering assurance reviews
  • Designing risk analytics to monitor and manage Enterprise Risks

The successful applicant will have a tertiary qualification in risk management, business, commerce, management, or other relevant field, highly developed influencing and liaison skills across stakeholders, effective oral and written communication and presentation skills, demonstrated experience in data analytics and dashboard reporting, high level problem solving, analytical and reporting skills, and demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
