About the Role

We're seeking a Learning Experience Designer who can bring structure to an evolving Learning and Development function while staying flexible and people-focused. This hands-on, standalone role involves managing everything from needs analysis and program delivery to systems, reporting, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and facilitating a range of learning experiences, including workshops, e-learning, and blended programs
  • Managing the annual training calendar and coordinating logistics with internal teams and external partners
  • Administering and optimising our LMS, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of participation and outcomes
  • Conducting training needs assessments and recommending solutions to address skills gaps and operational challenges
  • Building a learning culture by championing development opportunities and supporting initiatives that promote engagement, growth, and inclusion
About You

You design and deliver training that engages diverse, often remote teams, and collaborate well with leaders and external partners to achieve results.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience designing and delivering engaging learning programs
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design tools
  • Confidence managing LMS platforms and tracking learning outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset, always looking for ways to improve learning experiences
