Residential Customer Service Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and people-focused leader to join our team as a Residential Customer Service Team Leader. In this role, you will be part of our site's leadership team - working collaboratively to support our on-site team, foster a positive and high-performing culture, and contribute to the continued success of our operations.

Job Description:

This is a fantastic permanent, full-time opportunity for a talented individual to lead our customer service team. As a Residential Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a medium to large team, collaborating with team leaders to meet organisational needs, managing team performance, working closely with staff to achieve targets, planning resource requirements within your team, contributing to enhancing regular procedures and support systems, following our policy to escalate customer complaints, and coordinating daily operations with team leaders & experts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in the telco industry is desirable but transferable skills are equally valued
  • Clear and approachable communication
  • Effective leadership abilities
  • Familiarity with customer service principles
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Skilled in negotiation and innovative thinking
  • Able to work both independently and within a team
