Job Description

As we expand our digital offerings and consulting services, this role will define and deliver a customer-centric approach to services strategy. Building on existing relationships and identifying new opportunities for partnership, this Senior Manager will lead and mentor teams across the region.

  • Lead and mentor multifunctional teams to foster a high-performing cross-functional culture and identify new revenue streams.
  • Define the customer services framework in alignment with key growth objectives.
  • Guide and mentor the team to achieve key objectives and strengthen internal and external partnerships.
  • Develop and execute a customer success and services strategy to build on existing relationships and drive growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in senior customer services management or consulting leadership roles, ideally within the mining, industrial, or digital solutions sectors.
  • Background delivering sales of both digital and hardware solutions.
  • Experience leading medium-sized teams through growth and organisational change.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth through service innovation.
  • Ability to influence and build a collaborative culture with stakeholders in the wider region.
  • Experience driving a culture of continuous improvement and innovation for customers.
