We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team. This role requires experience in aged care nursing, with a minimum of 6 months' service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Exceptional clinical leadership skills and knowledge
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • A passion for working with older people
  • Ability to work in a professional team environment
  • High level of written & oral communication and computer literacy
  • Proficiency in advanced clinical software systems for electronic documentation and patient management
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Ability to work rostered shifts and weekends
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Palliative experience
  • Wound management experience
  • Infection control management experience
  • Knowledge and experience in the aged care accreditation process
