Job Title: Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to provide 24/7 care to an elderly participant with a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the life of another person.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the participant with all aspects of daily life, including eating, drinking, personal care, toileting, skin checks, manual handling, health and rehabilitation exercises, domestic tasks, and community access. They will work closely with the participant and other support staff to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

This role requires someone who is reliable, proactive, and positive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working with people with disabilities, preferably with TBI or similar conditions.
