About this Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Disability Support Worker, providing high-quality care and support to individuals with acquired brain injury and mild intellectual or physical disabilities.

  • Casual shifts available: day, evening and overnight sleepovers
  • Based at our luxury home in Parklea
Requirements:
  • Have 2+ years previous experience in working in a similar environment or a related health care sector
  • Are confident supporting personal care, medication and daily routines
  • Communicate with warmth, patience and professionalism
  • Understand person-centred active support, and love creating moments of joy
  • Hold a Certificate III or IV in Disability (or a willingness to obtain)
  • Hold a current First Aid/CPR certificate (or willing to obtain)
  • Have a valid Driver's Licence
  • Have a current NDIS Worker Check (or willing to obtain)
