Piping System Designer Role

This role is critical in the design and development of piping systems tailored for mineral processing projects.

You will work closely with engineering teams to produce detailed technical drawings and specifications, ensuring all designs meet project requirements, industry standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and revise detailed drawings and layouts for piping systems used in mineral processing.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs.
  • Utilise software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MicroStation, 2D/3D CAD) to produce high-quality drafts.
  • Conduct design reviews and implement changes based on feedback.
  • Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in drafting for mineral processing projects is essential.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, MicroStation).
  • Strong understanding of piping systems, including materials and processes specific to mineral processing.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Must have full working rights in Australia.
