Regional Logistics Leader

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive our regional logistics operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a tight-knit operational team, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in senior transport or logistics leadership, with a proven track record of managing unionised workforces, industrial relations, and safety. You will possess strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as a mindset for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive daily operations and customer performance across fleet, freight, and facility
  • Lead a tight-knit operational team, building culture, capability, and accountability
  • Manage budgets, cost controls, P&L, and service KPIs
Requirements
  • Results-focused operator and people leader
  • 5+ years in senior transport, logistics, depot or fleet operations leadership
  • Experience managing unionised workforces, industrial relations and safety
  • Strong understanding of WHS, Chain of Responsibility (CoR), and transport regulations
  • Proven success managing operational KPIs, workforce planning, and cost control
