About Our School

The Curriculum and Pedagogy Support Teacher (CPST) collaborates with classroom teachers to embed high-impact teaching strategies aligned with the Australian Curriculum and BCE's Learning and Teaching Framework.

Responsibilities
  • Building collective efficacy through relational and responsive collaboration.
  • Designing and implementing evidence-based pedagogies that promote creativity, innovation, and differentiation.
  • Analyzing student data to identify needs, track progress, and set goals.
  • Applying the 4C's model—Co-plan, Co-teach, Co-debrief, Co-reflect—to promote shared learning.
  • Participating in planning meetings and implementing strategies aligned with school improvement targets.
  • Maintaining professional expertise through ongoing learning aligned with BCE priorities.
