About the Role

As an Educational Content Specialist, you will be working closely with experts to design and deliver resources that meet curriculum standards and inspire students and teachers alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resource Development: Designing curriculum-aligned resources to support teaching and learning outcomes.
  • Content Creation: Creating engaging content across various formats, including digital, print, video, and interactive media.
  • Media Production: Producing high-quality media such as animations, podcasts, and simulations from concept to completion.
  • Review and Refinement: Reviewing and refining content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with educators and cross-functional teams to deliver purposeful, inclusive resources.
  • Trend Analysis: Staying ahead of trends and tools in educational technology and content development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education Expertise: Education know-how and strong awareness of school operations, curriculum standards, and frameworks.
  • Content Design Expertise: Content design expertise, skilled in creating engaging, curriculum-aligned resources for P–12 learners.
  • Creative and Technical Skills: Creative and technical skills, confident using Canva Pro, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and authoring tools.
  • Collaboration and Communication Skills: Collaboration & communication skills, able to simplify complex ideas and work well with diverse teams.
  • Analytical and Innovative Mindset: Analytical & innovative mindset, data-driven, feedback-focused, and eager to improve learning outcomes.
  • Qualifications and Experience: Qualifications & experience: degree in Education, Design, or related field plus 2–3 years in content creation.
  • Eligibility Requirements: Mandatory: eligible to work in Australia, hold a Blue Card (WWCC), and complete a National Criminal History Check.
