Job Title: Classroom Support Specialist

This role provides essential support to our teaching staff in delivering quality education to students. As a key member of our educational team, you will play a vital part in ensuring students receive the best possible learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards their individual needs.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs), providing ongoing support and guidance to students.
  • Contribute to the creation of a supportive and inclusive learning environment, fostering a sense of community among students, teachers, and staff.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as classroom support strategies and first aid.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and program details, monitoring and reporting on student outcomes as required.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting students' academic and personal growth.
