About our role

As a dedicated educator, you will play a vital part in the delivery of effective learning and teaching programs for students.

Your key responsibilities

  • Assist teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality educational programs that cater to diverse student needs
  • Monitor student progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement evidence-based intervention strategies
  • Collaborate with school specialists to coordinate support programs and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Document observations, manage intervention programs, and prepare classroom materials to enhance student outcomes

What we are looking for

To succeed in this position, you will require:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, students, and parents
  • Strong organisational skills to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to achieve common goals
  • Certificate III in Education Support or equivalent qualification
