Mid-Senior Level Change Management Specialist

This is a pivotal opportunity to play a key role in supporting the Enterprise Change Management Office and various teams by planning and executing change initiatives that help staff prepare for and adapt to organisational transformation.
You will serve as a liaison between the Enterprise Change Management Office and business units, assessing change impacts, mitigating risks and minimising disruption, and communicating effectively with stakeholders across the agency.
The ideal candidate will design and facilitate training and workshops to support adoption of new technologies and processes, evaluate change effectiveness, and continually improve approaches.
Key responsibilities include working with multidisciplinary teams to champion change, providing expert advice on overcoming resistance, and making informed decisions within legislative and best practice frameworks.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a strong track record in successfully planning and delivering organisational change by engaging and motivating staff to embrace new ways of working, backed by deep knowledge of Prosci or similar change methodologies.
You'll combine your excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders at all levels, and manage diverse work packages simultaneously, understanding interdependencies and ensuring quality outcomes.
Requirements- Must be an Australian Citizen with the ability to secure baseline security clearance.
The Benefits include an excellent daily rate on initial contract until 30th June 2026 and the potential for a further 12-month extension.
