Customer Success Specialist

Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven professional to fill the role of Customer Success Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales targets, and building long-lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Play a central role on the sales floor, increasing boutique sales and achieving objectives through selling techniques and collaboration
  • Support colleagues and other team members in the boutique
  • Have omnichannel sales in mind to ensure the best client experience
  • Propose new ideas to develop sales (merchandising, events, product mix)
  • Embodies luxury brand DNA and acts as a passionate Brand Ambassador in and outside the boutique
  • Communicates the brand story and DNA in an inspiring way, as well as advantages and technical details to build trust and long-lasting relationships
  • Contributes to all daily processes under the supervision of the Boutique management (inventory, cash, security, store opening and closing)
  • Leverages properly all tools (Salesforce) and performs VM
  • Captures qualitative client data collection and leverages the data to address clients in a personally relevant way

Requirements:

  • Sales & service oriented
  • Mature, Adaptable and Flexible
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-versed with the luxury goods industry and customers
  • Passion for retail, timepieces, jewellery
  • High integrity and honest
  • Willingness to represent the brand and act as the 'ambassador'
  • Team player
  • Efficient computer literacy skills
