Job Summary:

This role oversees the daily operations of a 24/7 gym, ensuring exceptional customer service, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will manage staff, address member concerns, and drive commercial success.

Responsibilities include managing staff, supervising team members, addressing member concerns, driving sales, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, recruiting, training, rostering, and developing a high-performing team.

We are seeking an experienced manager who can effectively lead a 24/7 team to achieve location KPI targets and develop a positive location culture.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a managerial role
  • Previous customer service or retail experience
  • Passion for health and fitness and ability to hit sales targets
  • Unlimited working rights
  • Driver's license
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certification (willing to obtain)
  • Food Safety Certificate (willing to obtain)
