Role Overview:
This role is pivotal in coordinating facility operations and project enhancements across our childcare centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of compliance-related facility tasks and project upgrades at our childcare centers.
- Manage and finalize safety audits and initiatives, utilizing external contractors as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal and external departments, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure all regulatory and administrative obligations are fulfilled within specified timelines.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in a similar role or within real estate/property management is essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Desirable: Certificate in Business (Office Administration).
- Desirable: Familiarity with the childcare services sector.
- Desirable: Understanding of regulatory standards related to facility management.
- Excellent organizational capabilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of work health and safety regulations.
- A collaborative team player.
- Adaptable and flexible in response to changing work environments and requirements.

Position Details:
This is a permanent full-time position, operating Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, based in Brisbane (CBD).
