The Role
We are seeking an experienced Motor Claims Specialist to join a renowned insurance brand in Sydney.
This is a permanent opportunity offering flexible working arrangements, progression opportunities, and a fantastic location in Parramatta, right next to the station.
Key Responsibilities- Managing and assessing claims with a hands-on approach
- Making liability decisions
- Buidling and developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Resolving complaints in accordance with guidelines
- Coordinating all investigations
- Preparing necessary forms, records, and documentation, including statistical analyses and reports
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in claims management within the motor space
- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
- Great time management and organisational skills
- A keen desire to learn and develop in your career
- Full working rights in Australia
