Aged Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced professional to join our team as a Personal Care Worker.
- This role involves providing person-centred care to residents with daily needs and emotional wellbeing
- Fostering a collaborative approach in supporting residents is essential
Duties Include:
- Care and services delivered in accordance with the agreed care plan
- Providing personal care, including hygiene, mobility, eating and drinking, and basic skin care
- Evaluating and reporting on resident's progress and any changes in their condition
- A Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification is required
- NDIS worker clearance is mandatory
- Unlimited working rights in Australia are necessary
- Experience in providing personal care in an aged care setting is preferred
- A passion for delivering a person-centred approach to care is essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
