About the Role

We are currently in a high-growth period, and our team is expanding. We are seeking a Sales/Account Coordinator to join our Sales department based at our dynamic and fast-paced office in Doncaster.

This role will report to the National Account Managers and will be responsible for providing data analysis and administrative support within the national accounts retail department. Additionally, this role will be involved in developing, preparing and executing new product initiatives and major range reviews.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and log sales activities
  • Collate reports and analyse data to identify customer requirements
  • Monitor stock and manage old/new lines
  • Liaise with customers on new store merchandising, store changes and roll out of new products
  • Prepare various documents using standard templates
  • Proof catalogues and advertising material
  • Database entry and system administration
  • Support the National Account Managers by delivering exceptional standards of customer service

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or Commerce would be preferable
  • Versatile and able to manage time efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills, telephone manner and written English
  • Great attitude and ability to represent our brands to customers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Packages such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Available full-time (Monday - Friday)
