We are looking for a high-energy Key Account Manager to developHanson’s relationship with customers in the Melbourne Metro area.
You will be growing the business by identifying opportunities tosell the Hanson brand to prospective customers and provide exceptional serviceofferings within your territory.

In your new role, you will:

Generate new business customers by ensuring the efficient followup of all potential customer leads Maintain a pipeline of further business activity from existing customers Formulate, develop and coordinate the delivery of account plans for existingand potential customers that achieve mutual business outcomes Complete structured call plans with prospects through face-to-facepresentations and networking, ensuring effective communication of Hanson’svalue proposition Achieve territory/account sales volume targets as well as new product volumetargets Be actively involved with various industry bodies through attending relevantevents and conferences Regularly conduct market analysis and gather market intelligence within theindustry

A proven track record of achievement in a sales or marketing role Experience leading local and regional teams based across multiple locations Successfully implemented best practice sales and marketing programs Strong strategic, commercial and critical thinking skills A high level of emotional resilience and a positive attitude Strong presentation, negotiating and influencing skills A positive and influential presence in building strong and effectiverelationships with key internal and external stakeholders Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Product knowledge, including awareness of attributes and performance is anasset Excellent product knowledge, including awareness of attributes and performance Ability to effectively construct and deliver a deal with a diverse prospectiveand existing customer base Well-developed written and verbal communication skills Perform effectively in a team environment
