Estate Administration Coordinator

AFL Recruitment is delighted to present a unique opportunity for an experienced paralegal to join our client, a prestigious mid-tier firm in Sydney.
As the Estate Administration Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Senior Associate and Partner in their specialist Wills/Estates Law team. This exciting full-spectrum role offers a stimulating and rewarding work environment with ample opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise directly with clients, barristers, solicitors, and third parties to ensure seamless communication and file management.
- Prepare and type basic wills, powers of attorney, and other legal documents, including correspondence and briefs to barristers.
- Manage day-to-day client files, engage in ad-hoc projects, and perform general administration tasks.
- Assist with billing and trust accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Work collaboratively with a junior word processing operator to achieve optimal results.
About You:
- You possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a secretary or paralegal in Wills/Estates Law, with a keen interest in pursuing a career specializing in this field.
- You have strong Microsoft Office skills, typing speed exceeding 60wpm, and excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- You are proactive, results-oriented, and adept at multitasking, with a dash of common sense.
