Gough Recruitment AU is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Coordinator to join their high-profile, boutique office in the Eastern Suburbs Area.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated individual to work on the most exclusive properties in Sydney, managing advertising campaigns and the sales process of projects. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for forecasting potential listings & sales, preparing weekly reports for the Director, collecting information from inquiries, sales inspections, and online media, and ensuring all buyer inquiries are managed and entered into the CRM.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily tasks with a focus on time management and organisational skills
  • Utilize managerial and relationship management skills daily to drive results
  • Prepare listing presentations and maintain website management
  • Collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Ensure compliance with sales files and administration
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in real estate administration
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Certificate of Registration
