Lead Manufacturing Operations

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our manufacturing capability, providing strategic direction and oversight to product teams. The successful candidate will ensure all operations meet quality certifications and customer requirements.

This role involves overseeing the Quality Management System, driving improved product and process consistency, and enhancing customer satisfaction and business productivity. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining successful quality frameworks, promoting a culture of quality excellence, and managing critical control points.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong safety focus, excellent organizational skills, and compliance with internal audits. They will also drive actions to reduce cost of quality, improve quality outcomes, and monitor consumer complaints. Effective communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders are essential for this role.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments;
