As a Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of skilled professionals in the aesthetic industry.

About the Role

  • Managing a team of skin, laser and dermal therapists to achieve business objectives.
  • Driving performance by managing key performance indicators (KPIs), targets and revenue growth.
  • Nurturing strong relationships with clients to build a loyal clientele.
  • Partnering with senior management to align on business strategy and success.

  • Proven leadership experience in a clinical, retail or beauty environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive and exceed KPIs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • A genuine passion for aesthetics and people development.
  • Diploma of Beauty Therapy or higher (desired).
