Job Title: Chef De Partie

About the Role:
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure the smooth operation of food production.
  • Develop and maintain superior recipe knowledge for every item on the menu.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Ensure that all standard recipes are followed in all outlets.
Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare sauces, soups, and hot dishes for service and special functions.
  2. Anticipate and attend to guests' needs and desires immediately.
  3. Monitor food quality and quantity as it relates to portion control.
  4. Requisition the appropriate amount of food product in accordance with established hotel policies and procedures.

  • Demonstrate superior recipe knowledge for every item on the menu.
  • Monitor food storage facilities to ensure proper storage techniques are being used and cleanliness standards are maintained.
  • Perform any other duties as directed by the Executive Chef/Sous Chef.
