We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our finance and rostering operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in ERP systems, particularly finance modules and/or rostering/time & attendance, with the ability to collaborate with external vendors, internal technical teams, finance personnel, and stakeholders.
This role involves overseeing technical teams, holding vendors accountable, and working within a timeline.
Familiarity with industry certifications such as Prince2 or PMBOK may be beneficial.
- Operational management skills with a focus on finance, rostering, time & attendance ERP systems
- Proven experience running process improvement initiatives, working with external vendors, and selecting fit-for-purpose products
- Ability to lead technical teams and work in a dynamic environment
- Tertiary qualification in IT or a relevant field is desirable
This position offers a flexible schedule, requiring 3 days per week in the office, located near Melbourne's CBD.
Key Responsibilities- Lead finance and rostering operations teams
- Maintain relationships with external vendors and stakeholders
- Ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery
- Collaborate with technical teams to identify and implement process improvements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong operational management skills
