Responsibilities- Roster Management: Develop and maintain accurate schedules, ensuring adequate staff coverage for all shifts and meeting the unique needs of our residents.
- Shift Coordination: Handle shift changes, leave requests, and time off arrangements while maintaining optimal staffing levels.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with staff members regarding their schedules, shift updates, and other important information related to their work.
- Collaboration: Work closely with management to align staffing needs with operational requirements.
- Experience in rostering and team member allocation.
- Proficiency in employee scheduling software or similar tools.
