Our organisation is seeking a skilled Project Leader to manage the daily activities of direct labour and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively lead and coordinate the day-to-day operations of direct labour and subcontractors.
  • Meet safety, financial and productivity targets within planned schedules and guidelines.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate works to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in leading projects with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor.
  • Proven track record in delivering major building projects, with civil experience also highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated understanding of defence and security requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of and commitment to relevant Safety, Quality and Environmental standards legislation and practices.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
