Major Infrastructure Project Leader

This is a senior project management position responsible for leading major infrastructure projects from planning and design through to construction and completion. The successful candidate will have strong experience in managing complex projects, stakeholder engagement, procurement, contract administration, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the full project lifecycle including planning, design, construction, and commissioning.
- Manage stakeholders, including funding bodies, councils, consultants, and contractors.
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery.
- Demonstrated experience leading major infrastructure projects (> $50M) through all phases.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of project management frameworks, with strong capabilities in scheduling, risk management, budgeting, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of legislative requirements, including building codes and local authority regulations.
- 17% superannuation (with choice to join award-winning superfund).
