About the Role

This permanent part-time (24 hours per week) position is located at Caulfield Hospital - Caulfield Community Health Service. As a Communications Therapist, you will provide assessment and treatment of clients presenting with cognitive, communication, and swallowing difficulties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group treatment sessions, including video fluoroscopies
  • Develop and implement person-centered care plans
  • Work within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to client support
  • Liaise with relevant agencies to coordinate, facilitate, and communicate client treatment and outcomes

Requirements

  • Degree in Speech Pathology
  • Eligibility for membership of the Speech Pathology Association of Australia
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills in Speech Pathology within subacute and community settings, including completion of video fluoroscopies
  • Current Victorian driver's license

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $86,730 - $99,700 pro rata. You will also have access to generous salary packaging and novated leasing through Maxxia, as well as onsite child care services and a staff gym.
