As a Recruitment Coordinator Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to gain exposure to the broader Employee Relations function within an organisation that has now become one of the fastest-growing allied health companies in Australia, with services nationwide.  As a registered NDIS health provider, Connect2Care provides a range of community-based, allied health services to people of all ages and of all abilities.

You will support with tasks related to our recruitment function, talent pool optimization, social media and project based work. This is a great gateway opportunity to a career in Recruitment and Human Resources.

This internship will end in April 2025 and will be a part-time opportunity. This role will be based onsite at our Caulfield clinic.

Requirements

Connect2Care is looking for someone who can join the company to assist with the ongoing growth of the high-demand healthcare sector. Attracting quality candidates into the organisation, our Talent Acquisition team is the face of the company, representing our brand & core values.
You will support the sourcing and end-to-end recruitment processes while enhancing the recruitment journey for all incoming candidates. The role involves:

  • Sourcing appropriate candidates for key roles
  • Phone screening candidates
  • Utilising a broad range of recruitment channels, tools & strategies
  • Being an active member on all company social & recruitment platforms
  • Having a solid knowledge of each job role & their requirements
  • Responding to external queries
  • Curating, managing & building an internal talent pool
  • Managing relationships with external agencies
  • Reporting on weekly activity
