Warehouse Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee our warehouse operations and lead a small team of staff. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our warehouse runs efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe operation of the warehouse
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and control stock movement
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve any operational issues
Requirements:
  • Experience leading or supervising in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Current Forklift Licence (Reach Truck experience an advantage)
  • Experience working with storage and handling of Dangerous Goods (an advantage)
  • Strong communication skills and a focus on teamwork
  • Confidence in problem-solving and decision-making
