Warehouse Lead Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role within our warehouse team. As Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for creating a safe and efficient work environment, leading by example and inspiring your team to achieve their best.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading or supervising in a warehouse or logistics environment, with a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. They will also have the ability to problem-solve, make sound decisions, and communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders.

About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure the smooth operation of warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching stock
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with inventory management and control systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
