Key Responsibilities- Provide direction to Mastermyne employees and subcontractors
- Liaise with external representatives to achieve safety and production targets
- Plan, manage, and deliver projects within agreed timeframes and budgets
- Complete reports, analyse, and deliver in agreed timeframes
- Review and conduct hazard and risk assessments, communicating to all personnel
- Actively promote and participate in mine safety among the workforce
- Ensure activities align with the planned schedule
- Identify potential improvements to the process and take action
- Coach and mentor team members
- Provide leadership to crew members, setting positive examples and assisting in team development
- Experience in a similar role with a focus on underground longwall & development conveyor installations
- Electrical Trade Certificate mandatory
- S123/G2 Supervisory Certificates mandatory
