Job Title: Clinic Manager

Central Australian Aboriginal Congress is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinic Manager to lead our healthcare services team.

About the Role

The Clinic Manager will provide strategic leadership and management of our primary healthcare services, ensuring high standards of clinical care and client flow. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, staff, and community members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement healthcare strategies to improve client outcomes and service delivery
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality clinical care
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication
  • Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards
