About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with disabilities, including assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and mobility support.
  • Assist with domestic duties, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Support individuals to engage in community activities, such as attending appointments, shopping, and social events.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements
  • Certification in Individual Support or Disability is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including sleepovers, and be available for on-call shifts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to providing person-centered care and support.
