Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at MMG Australia. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company by attracting, hiring, and retaining the best talent through the entire recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue and white-collar roles.
  • Provide recruitment support and Australian Labour Market advice to hiring managers and the site HR team.
  • Develop and implement new recruitment initiatives.
  • Provide training to hiring managers on MMG's recruitment processes.
  • Support the HR team in succession planning with emphasis on critical skills/hard to fill roles.
  • Collaborate with managers to evaluate employee performance during the probationary period.
  • Oversee the probationary review process for new employees.
  • Conduct exit interviews for departing employees.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who has a proven track record in recruitment and talent acquisition. You will have well-developed skills and personal attributes, including:

  • Experience in working in a recruitment environment, either an in-house team or within a recruitment agency.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Excellent administrative and time management skills.
  • Strong computer skills across Microsoft Excel, Word and Teams.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Sound understanding of recruitment legislations.
  • Ability to foster relationships and collaborate closely with varying hiring managers.
