The Opportunity:
As a Member Support Consultant, you'll play a vital role in fostering strong relationships with our members. You'll inspire them to embark on a transformative fitness journey, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to overcome obstacles and achieve remarkable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to sales growth through strategic promotions and referral campaigns
- Cultivate high-quality leads via community outreach and referrals
- Achieve a specified number of lead contacts to maximize sales opportunities
- Deliver engaging sales presentations and tours to prospective members
- Design personalized member experiences through interactive and empathetic interactions
- Negotiate successful outcomes for inquiries
- Ensure seamless club operations according to the roster
- Participate actively in retention programs, motivating members to sustain their fitness journey
- Regularly visit new and existing members to foster engagement and recommend relevant services to enhance their experience
Requirements:
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport-building with diverse individuals
- The ability to problem-solve and adapt to challenging situations
- Outstanding communication skills – listening, understanding, empathizing, and influencing others
- Motivation to excel in individual targets and team objectives
- Customer-centric focus with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer outcomes
