Job Title:

  • Administration Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, administration support, and site coordination in a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide quality administrative support to various programs designed to assist individuals, families, and children.
  2. Manage reception duties, welcoming visitors and responding to enquiries with professionalism and sensitivity.
  3. Offer proactive self-starting skills, capable of multi-tasking and delivering high-quality, confidential support.
  4. Undertake First Aider responsibilities for the site, with first aid allowances applying as per the award.

Requirements:

  1. Valid Department of Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check.
  2. Outgoing, friendly personality with the ability to relate to and communicate with people from all different cultures.
  3. Experience in providing a broad range of administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
  4. Clear and confident communication skills.
  5. Ability to work effectively within a multi-faceted team environment and independently.
  6. Well-developed time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise.
  7. Excellent computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Current Driver's Licence.
  9. Ability to travel across alternative locations within Adelaide metropolitan area to backfill other administration roles.
  10. First Aid Certificate or willingness to undertake the course.
