Job Opportunity

Growth and Development as a Professional in Real Estate.

  • Support senior leaders in managing their schedules, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare lease agreements, coordinate marketing efforts, and maintain property files and records.
  • Coordinate team meetings, monitor emails, and manage property campaigns, including signage, online listings, photography, and social media.
  • Conduct site visits, meet clients, trades, and tenants to facilitate access and fit-out discussions.

Key Requirements:

  • Reliable vehicle for onsite visits.
  • Strong administrative background in real estate or professional services.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong time management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with Canva, DocuSign, Cirrus8, Comet, LockedOn, Pricefinder, and Landgage would be advantageous but not essential.
