Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join our team. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing and drafting supplier and client contracts, assisting with RFQs, subcontractor agreements, and tender packages, maintaining contract and commercial registers, supporting project cost tracking and variation management, and providing secretariat support to the General Counsel.

This is a hands-on position offering excellent exposure to legal and commercial processes across diverse projects. You will work closely with our Legal, Commercial, and Project teams to deliver high-quality results and ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and company requirements.

  • You will have 1–3 years of experience in contracts, legal, project administration, or commercial support.
  • Strong attention to detail, a positive mindset, and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills are required.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment is ideal.

About the Role

As a Contract Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and drafting contracts and other commercial documents.
  • Assisting with the preparation of tender packages and RFQs.
  • Maintaining records and databases related to contracts and commercial activities.
  • Supporting the General Counsel and other stakeholders in their work.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
