Commercial Litigation Solicitor Opportunity

About the Role:

Our organization is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation, with experience in managing complex files with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a range of commercial matters, including contract disputes, franchise agreements, and mergers and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert commercial advice to clients
  • Representing clients in Court and in Mediations
  • Managing a high volume of repeat and long-term clients

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years PAE experience in commercial litigation
  • Thorough knowledge of commercial contract law, franchising, and partnership structuring
  • Ability to provide general commercial advice
  • Knowledge and experience providing legal advice for a range of business entities
  • Experience with joint venture and partnership structuring
  • Understanding and experience with commercial dispute resolution
