Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for proactively planning and delivering safety priorities from our comprehensive Safety Framework.

Your primary objective will be to ensure a safe and secure environment for our customers, while also promoting a culture of risk management excellence throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will have excellent risk management experience, a strong background in security, and a passion for retail property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive management and reporting of hazards, incidents, emergencies, and claims
  • Manage safety audits and inspection programs
  • Ensure compliance with security and health and safety policies and practices
  • Attend to Centre emergencies and ensure staff are trained to respond effectively
  • Develop strong relationships with local authorities and community organizations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualification or related experience in Work Health and Safety
  • Strong leadership in security and risk management
  • Ability to mitigate and manage risk, incident response, and insurance claims management
  • Technical knowledge of CCTV and Access Control systems
  • Commercial acumen and data analysis
