Streamlining Mobility Services

We are seeking an experienced Preventative Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role will involve conducting regular inspections and maintenance activities to ensure the optimal performance of ticketing devices across Melbourne's tram and bus network.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance activities, with experience working effectively as part of a team and prioritising tasks to meet targets. They will also possess a high level of initiative, be highly motivated and achievement-oriented, and have the ability to maintain electromechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities on ticketing devices
  • Document all work orders assigned to you
  • Ensure all KPIs and targets are met in an efficient and timely manner while adhering to Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain and manage your daily work schedule within assigned work targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in maintenance activities
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team with accountability for results
  • Highly motivated, achievement-oriented and innovative
  • Aptitude to maintain electromechanical equipment
  • Ability to deal with busy environments
