Client Partnership Executive

We are seeking an experienced Client Partnership Executive to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales initiatives and foster strong client relationships.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with our client partners to develop comprehensive sales strategies tailored to their portfolio.
  • Serve as a contact for clients when needed, addressing inquiries, concerns and issues, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance and progress against targets and take proactive measures to address any deviations or obstacles.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, including client contact information, opportunities, sales activities and communication history.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve client satisfaction.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  3. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and implement solutions that meet client needs.
  4. Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions, sales activities and progress towards targets.
About You
  • You have a proven track record of success in sales or business development, with experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • You are highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • You are a strategic thinker, able to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions to drive business results.
