Application Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Application Specialist to fill a key role in our organisation. This exciting opportunity will see you working with passionate professionals in a supportive and inclusive environment that values employee success and wellbeing.

About the Role
  • Provide customer-focused, high-level specialist advice and support for specific enterprise applications.
  • Maintain defined service levels by following quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Utilise ITIL framework best practices for change management, capacity planning, incident management, risk management and continuity planning.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with technical specialists, vendors and end users.
About You
  • Demonstrated ability in developing and promoting ITIL Service Management processes (incident/problem/test/change and configuration management).
  • High-level specialist advice on clinical enterprise applications.
  • Ensure service delivery meets agreed service levels in a customer-focused ICT/Clinical Business environment.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with team members and stakeholders.
